I placed an order a while ago and haven't heard anything, how do I track my item?

Once we dispatch a shirt, an email containing a Royal Mail tracking number is sent. Unfortunately, we are aware these sometimes end up in junk/spam folders, so please check these. If  you still have not heard anything or received an email within 7 working days after placing your order, please get in touch via the form below. 

Why is my shirt taking longer than usual to arrive?

Though we are working hard to fulfil orders on time, the current situation regarding COVID-19 has placed extreme pressure on postal/delivery services, meaning there are often large delays for international customers. 

We are sorry for any inconvenience this causes.

I have been charged a larger amount than expected (Non-UK customers)

We have had feedback regarding our checkout not specifying the conversion rate between GBP and other currencies, so please be aware, if ordering from outside the UK, the price shown and the amount you are charged may differ due to current currency conversion rates.
